After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and considered a plot in AIIMS DoctoCity by Jenifer Kalyani in Madurai. The location in Chettikulam seemed quiet. The project is ready to move, completed in August 2023, which is good. Being close to Xavier Matric Higher Secondary School (0 KM) is a plus, though not directly relevant to me now. My main concern is the connectivity; Surya Nagar Bus Stop is quite far at nearby. This might make it difficult for visitoor if I need to rely on public transport occasionally. While it’s a residential plot and offefreedom, the current infrastructure around the immediate area needs improvement. I am still evaluating options.
