The location on Bhagat Singh Colony, Alwar Bypass Road provides good connectivity. The apartment size, roughly 800 square feet, is spacious enough for them. They appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the landscaping around the complex. The Vastu compliant design provides peace of mind. I chose AIBPL BPL PL L because they seemed reliable. My parents are settling in well, and the proximity to Hari Ram hospital, a short distance, is reassuring.

  We recently moved into our 1 BHK at AIBPL BPL PL L Saaga Castle. The size is perfect for us, around 750 square feet. We love the idea of the jogging track for our morning runs. The proximity to Genesis Mall is also fantastic for shopping and entertainment. Being ready to move was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait for construction. The closed car parking is secure. Electrification with transformer backup is good. Our only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. But overall, it’s a comfortable place to live. AIBPL BPL PL L has provided basic amenities well.

We got a 1 BHK which is around 700 square feet, a good size for us. The swimming pool is a nice feature, though we haven't used it much yet. They also have a cycling and jogging track which is great for staying active. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus. Maintenance charges seem reasonable so far. Water supply is 24/7 which is essential. The developer, AIBPL BPL PL L, seems to have completed the project on time as it was ready by June 2020.

  AIBPL BPL PL L Saaga Castle seemed like a decent option for a ready to move property. The 1 BHK apartments are between 655 to 826 square feet. The location along the Bhiwadi Alwar Expressway Highway SH 25 is good for transport links. The project has basic amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 water supply. Electrification including transformer backup is also in place. However, I found the parking a bit cramped, especially if you have larger vehicles. Also, the noise from the nearby highway can be noticeable at times. Developer AIBPL BPL PL L delivered the project by June 2020, which is positive.
