The close proximity to Manipal Hospital (0 KM) offegreat peace of mind. The project is a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which is reassuring. While the price for the 3 BHK is around 2.5 Cr, the quality of life and amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup make it a worthwhile purchase for their well-being.
