I selected a 2 BHK apartment, approximately 900 square feet, which is a comfortable size. The price range of 29.75 Lakh to 40.25 Lakh was reasonable, and it’s ready to move in. Ahima RealtoPrivate Limited has provided basic amenities like lifts and car parking. My primary concern is the absence of an Occupation Certificate, which is a bit concerning for a new resident. The location in Thakurpukur is developing, and connectivity to main roads is decent.
