I liked the 2 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of around 750 Sq.ft, feels spacious enough for my family. The Vastu compliant design was a big factor for us. Also, the 24x7 security and power backup are essential given my work schedule. The price point for the 2 BHK was within my budget, around 30 Lakhs. Construction seems solid. Only downside is the traffic on Kanpur Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But overall, the amenities like the swimming pool and gym make it a good place to live.
