My wife and I booked a 3 BHK apartment in Aesthetic Courtyard. The carpet area is 593 square feet, which is quite spacious for us. We are looking forward to moving in by December 2026 when construction is expected to be complete. The location in Netaji Nagar is convenient, with GD Birla School and Narayana Hospital nearby. This was a big factor for us. Aesthetic Construction Kolkata is the developer. While the area is good, the actual road access to the project itself could be better. It feels a bit secluded at times. We are hoping the infrastructure around improves by the time we get possession. The lack of available pricing information was initially concerning.
