This is our fit flat purchase and we visited Adya Moore Exotica a few times before deciding. The 1148 Sq.ft 2 BHK felt quite spacious for us. We liked the fact that it is ready to move, which means we can shift in soon without waiting for construction. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The location in Ashok Nagar is decent, close to GD Birla School. The Adya Group seems to have a good track record with their earlier projects. Parking is a bit of a concern though, it feels a little tight.
