My main concern is the access road, which is quite narrow for about 200 metebefore you reach the main S. NO.292/2 address. Rental demand in this area seems okay, but I'm waiting to see how it performs.

The location in Taleigao, North Goa, is quite central and close to Panjim. It’s also very near to Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, which is convenient. The developer, Adwalpalkar Constructions & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., seems to have delivered on time. The only thing I’ve noticed is that parking can be a little tight if you have guests visiting.
