This is my fit property purchase, and I decided to go with Advika. I was impressed by the 2 BHK configuration, particularly the 608 Sq.ft carpet area option. It seems like a manageable size for a fit home. Senthil Kumar P is the developer, and they have a few projects in Coimbatore. The location in Cheran Ma Nagar is developing, and it’s close to Vilankurichi Road and the Vazhikatti Mental Health Centre & Research Institute. The project is under construction, with completion expected in February 2029. My biggest concern is the parking situation. I hope they have adequate provisions, as it's not clearly mentioned and often an issue in newer developments.
