We are finally upgrading from our rented place and chose Advik The One World. We've booked a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 922 sq.ft. It’s a significant upgrade and the space feels right. Advik Buildsworth Private Limited has included good amenities like 24x7 security and a community building. The electrification with solar energy is a nice touch for long-term savings. It's still under construction and expected to be ready by March 2029. One thing we noticed is the parking situation. The closed car parking is good, but sometimes streets near construction sites can get congested, so we hope that's not an issue when it's fully built. The location on Wardha Road is generally good.

We were looking for a new flat and Advik The One World on Wardha Road seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK carpet area is 660 sq.ft, which is decent enough for us. We liked the idea of having a children's play area and also the 24x7 security. The construction is still underway and expected completion is March 2029. One thing that concerns us a bit is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. The developer Advik Buildsworth Private Limited seems to have put good amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting systems. We are hoping the connectivity improves by the time we move in.

We decided to book a 3 BHK in Advik The One World because it's in New Khapri, which is developing nicely. The carpet area for the 3 BHK is 922 sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. Having a dedicated children's play area and community buildings is important for us with two young kids. The nearby Narayana Vidyalayam is nearby, which is manageable. We are looking forward to the solid waste management and disposal system they have planned. The only minor worry is the ongoing construction dust, but that's expected. Advik Buildsworth Private Limited has promised a March 2029 completion. Overall, it seems like a good environment for families.

Also, the 24x7 water supply and power backup are very important for consistent living. The location on Wardha Road is quite accessible. I am buying this for the future, so the March 2029 completion date works for me. I did notice some dust from the construction site, but I'm sure they will manage it.
