We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Advantage Acco. The size is good, around 1758 square feet, which provides enough room for our family. The location in Koramangala is decent, with ORCHIDS school very close by. The project offea children's play area and a swimming pool, which are essential for us. The Advantage Raheja seems to be a reputable developer. One concern is the price point; for a 3 BHK, it went up to nearly 2 crore, which was at the higher end of our budget. However, the ready-to-move-in aspect was a major deciding factor for us, avoiding the long wait for construction.

I am buying a flat in Advantage Acco for my parents who live in Bengaluru. The location in Koramangala is excellent, close to essential facilities like Narayana Hospital. I chose a 3 BHK apartment, which is quite spacious at over 1700 square feet, ensuring comfort for them. The project by The Advantage Raheja has good amenities like a swimming pool and ample car parking. It is also ready to move in, so they can shift immediately. My parents are very happy with the choice. The only minor point is that the metro station is about 3 kilometeaway, which might be a bit of a walk for them.

We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are between 1758 and 2217 square feet super built-up area. The pricing is a bit high, starting from around 1 crore for the smaller 3 BHKs, but the space and amenities are worth it. The multipurpose room and the sports facility are great additions for a family. It is ready to move in, which is a huge relief. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel very green and pleasant.

We opted for a 3 BHK flat, which has a super built-up area ranging from 1758 to 2217 square feet. This gives us plenty of space. The amenities are quite good, especially the swimming pool and the landscaped gardens. My wife also likes the idea of the children's play area for our grandchildren when they visit. The price was within our budget for this size and location. Maintenance staff is also available on site.

The inclusion of a golf coue as an amenity is unique for this area. Parking is available, which is a must in Koramangala. However, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which might be a temporary issue.

The only slight worry is the traffic congestion in Koramangala, especially during peak houIt can get quite busy. But overall, the location is fantastic for connectivity.
