We were renting a place nearby and decided to finally buy our own home. Adroit District S seemed like a good option for upgrading. We liked the 3 BHK configuration, the built-up area is quite spacious, ranging from 1151 Sq.ft to 1482 Sq.ft. The location in Thalambur is decent, close enough to ORCHIDS The International School which is a short distance, perfect for our kids. The price point was also within our reach, around 50-60 Lakh for the size we looked at. Having a swimming pool and gym in the complex is a bonus for us after a long day of teaching. The only slight worry is the traffic during peak houon Thalambur Main Road, but overall we are happy with the decision.
