The Kelambakkam location is quiet and offebeautiful open spaces and a stunning lake view, which is exactly what we wanted. We chose a 2800 sq.ft plot for ample living space. The amenities like the senior citizen sit-out and gazebo are thoughtful. Being next to a supetar's property also adds a unique charm, though it doesn't impact daily life much. The price was around 1.2 Crore. The main issue for us is the accessibility; the nearby distance to the main highways like OMR and ECR means longer travel times for any errands or visiting family. Also, the mobile network can be a bit spotty in certain areas within the development. Despite these minor drawbacks, the peaceful environment is a huge draw.
