We finalized a 1800 Sq.ft plot at Aditya Shanmukha Garden recently. Aaradhya infra housing projects has managed the site well and the layout plan is very clear. Having access to a gymnasium and a dedicated children's play area is a big advantage for my kids. The location in Allapuram is quite serene and away from the noise of the city center. We are very happy with the ready to move status as we do not have to wait for yeato start our construction. The plot is fairly priced considering the amenities provided. The road leading up to the project is decent, but a little more street lighting would make it perfect for late night arrivals.
