The flat size is around 635 sq.ft built up, and the price was about 23.51 Lakh. Aditya Developeseem to have a presence in Nashik. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a children's play area, though I haven't used them much yet. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice feel. Getting the loan approved was straightforward. I am still exploring the neighbourhood and getting used to everything.
