We recently bought a 2 BHK flat in Aditya Pride C1. The size is 586 sq.ft carpet area, which is comfortable for our family of four. It's a ready to move project, which was important for us given the kids' school schedules. The developer, Aditya Paradise, has provided recreation facilities, which the children are already enjoying. The 24x7 water supply is also a great convenience. One thing we noticed is that there's quite a bit of dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing developments, which can be a bit botheome. We are hoping this improves as the surrounding areas get completed. Overall, the project seems good for families.
