The area offeresidential plots, and we are considering a plot around 1128 Sq.ft. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait long. Having 24X7 water supply and power backup is very reassuring. The main challenge for us is the distance to our schools; Halubhavipalya Bus Stop is nearby, and we'd have to rely on cabs or private transport daily. Also, the dust from the surrounding unpaved areas can be a bit much during dry days. We are hoping to build something functional and comfortable here.
