The swimming pool and jogging track are perfect for staying active in retirement. It's ready to move, which saved us the hassle of construction delays. The 3 BHK at 1378 sq. Ft. Offeample space. My only minor concern is the traffic on Grand Trunk Road nearby can be heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable. The developer, Aditya Builde& Develope, seems to have a decent track record.
