We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Aditya Estate about a year ago. The size is around 940 Sq.ft which is comfortable for us. Being retired, we wanted a quiet place and the community hall is nice for gatherings. The 24X7 water supply is a big relief. We also liked the swimming pool, though we don't use it daily. The construction by Aditya Construction seems solid. The location in Barasat is quite convenient, close to NH-34. The only small issue is that sometimes parking can be a little congested if many visitocome at once. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live.
