My family and I checked out the plots at Aditya Capital Township and were happy with the layout. The 1500 Sq.ft plot is just right for our house plans. We were impressed by the effort Aaradhya infra housing projects put into the landscaping and tree planting. It feels like a well planned space. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is nearby, which is excellent for my children schooling. We do find that public transport is not very frequent in this specific area yet, so owning a reliable vehicle is necessary. Aside from that, the atmosphere is very calm and secure. Moving to the city, I needed a place that was close enough to my workplace but away from the city noise. The Ramesh Sanghamitra Hospitals is close to Aditya Capital Township, which is convenient for me. I chose the 2700 Sq.ft plot because I wanted a spacious home. I walked around the area and liked the landscaping and tree planting they have planned. Aaradhya infra housing projects has kept the area clean so far.
