We liked that it's ready to move in, so we could start our new life together immediately. The developer, Aditi Avenues, included closed car parking which is a must for us. Its location near Candor Shrine i Senior Secondary School was a bonus, even though we don't have kids yet. The only real concern is the noise from the nearby highway; it can be quite noticeable at times. We are still evaluating if we can get used to it.
