We found the 1600 sq.ft configuration to be very practical for our family. The price point is competitive, falling within the 60-70 Lakh range. The project being ready to move in was a significant advantage for us. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. Adithya Developehave completed this residential complex. The lack of readily available OC documents is a point of slight hesitation, but we are proceeding.
