Moving to Guntur for work meant finding a quiet place that is still accessible to hospitals. Adithya Anvik Villas is situated in Pedakakani which is close enough to the Sankara Eye Hospital which is just 3.3 kilometeaway. Adithya Build Cons seems to be putting focus on basic infrastructure like storm water drains and internal roads which is important. I am a bit concerned about the connectivity since the metro station is over 8 kilometeaway and traffic on the highways can be unpredictable. However the villa setup is what I wanted for my privacy. I am hoping the final quality matches the expectations when they finish the project by July 2028.

I decided to invest in Adithya Anvik Villas because the location in Yuvajananagar is developing very fast. Adithya Build Cons has a good reputation in the area. I looked into their plans for sewage treatment plants and internal roads and found them to be quite professional. Being near the Kankaragunta Bridge provides good connectivity to the rest of the city for my business meetings. It is a long term commitment since completion is scheduled for July 2028 but I believe the value of villas in this area will go up significantly by then. The construction is moving at a steady pace and the site team is always helpful whenever I drop by to check the progress.

We visited the site of Adithya Anvik Villas last weekend to check the location for our kids. Being near the Next Gen International School is the biggest advantage for us. The project is being developed by Adithya Build Cons and it looks like a decent plan with plenty of open space. My children need space to play and the landscaping and tree planting mentioned in the plans sounds good. It is currently under construction so we have to wait until July 2028 for completion. We are worried about the construction dust and noise for the next few yeasince we live nearby in a rented house. It is a long wait but the location is prime for our requirements.

My main reason for choosing Adithya Anvik Villas was the proximity to the main highway which makes my daily commute much easier. Adithya Build Cons is constructing this project in Pedakakani and it feels like a very peaceful neighborhood. The amenities like internal roads and footpaths are well planned in the layout. I am a government employee so I prefer a place that is secure and well connected. The completion date is July 2028 so there is plenty of time to save up before the final payment. My only concern is that there are very few shops within walking distance at the moment but I am sure that will change as the residential occupancy increases in this area.
