The 2 BHK flats are 975 square feet, offering enough space for our family. We moved in recently and appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the security provided by CCTV surveillance. The location in Madipakkam is convenient for us. The price was around 68.25 Lakh, which was acceptable. We are happy with the decision so far, although the construction dust from nearby sites is still a bit of an issue.
