The 3 BHK apartments offer a good carpet area, around 1119 square feet, which is plenty of room. Being under construction with a December 2031 completion date means it's a long-term plan, but Adi Developeseem to be on track. I really appreciate the focus on water management with Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting systems in place. The proximity to Mehta Hospital is a huge plus for my professional. The only slight concern is how the traffic will be once the area is more populated, but that's a common issue in growing cities like Pune.
