I bought a plot here because it’s ready to move in, and I can start planning my construction. The children's play area is nice, even though I don’t have kids, it shows the project is family-oriented. The 24x7 water supply is also a crucial factor. However, the road leading to the project from the main road could be better maintained; it felt a bit dusty and uneven during my last visit. Thiru S Muruganandam needs to look into that.
