The 4 BHK apartments are quite large, 2205 square feet, offering plenty of room. The community hall is a useful amenity for gatherings. Jodhpur Village is a developing area, and we hope it will only improve. The price of 2.31 Crore onwards is a significant investment for us, but ADF Enterprise has a decent track record. We are slightly concerned about the OC not being available yet, but the builder assured us it's in process.
