After retiring, I wanted a smaller, manageable home in a developing area. I found a 1 BHK in Adel Residency Square, measuring 421 square feet, for about 19 Lakh. This project by Adel Landmarks in Knowledge Park 3 seemed like a good option. It is ready to move in, so I could shift immediately. The price point was very attractive. Having Bharat Ram Global School right next door is convenient, although I do not have children anymore. Sharda Hospital is also quite close, which is a comfort. My primary concern is the traffic congestion on the approach roads during peak hou, especially getting into the main parts of Greater Noida. It can be quite frustrating. The gymnasium is a nice facility for staying fit.
