It’s a ready-to-move property, which suited our timeline perfectly. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for staying active. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very pleasant. It's located well, close to the Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway. The only slight drawback is the distance to the nearest metro station, Iffco Chowk Metro Station is nearby, making daily commute a bit challenging if you rely solely on the metro. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place.

The 4 BHK apartment I chose has a spacious built-up area of 2509 square feet, which is more than enough for my needs. The proximity to National Highway-8 is excellent for travel. I also like the presence of a school nearby, Delhi Public School is nearby. The amphitheater and multipurpose room are nice facilities. The surrounding area does get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction, but that is common in rapidly developing areas. The overall construction quality seems good.

We picked a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1700 square feet, giving us enough space to breathe. The location near Dwarka Expressway is quite convenient for commuting. My only concern is the parking situation; it can get a little congested during peak houif you have more than one vehicle.
