It feels peaceful away from the city rush, and it's great that Akash International School is nearby, which is convenient for potential future needs. The developer, Address Maker Life Spaces Pvt Ltd, has a good reputation. I got a 1200 Sq.ft plot, which is a good size for me to build a small villa. The price was around 46.92 Lakh, which fit my budget. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project is a bit narrow, and sometimes there is dust from the ongoing construction nearby. But overall, it feels like a solid investment.

I invested in a large plot of 6919 Sq.ft, which cost approximately 93.84 Lakh. The developer, Address Maker Life Spaces Pvt Ltd, seems to be developing the infrastructure well, with good landscaping planned. The availability of a club house and restaurant is a nice touch for future residents. My main concern is the lack of an OC certificate, which is a bit of a red flag for a ready-to-move project completed in January 2021. I am also a bit worried about the limited parking availability if many residents build large homes.

I looked at a few options and picked a 2400 Sq.ft plot from Address Maker Life Spaces Pvt Ltd. The budget was between 46.92 Lakh and 93.84 Lakh, and I found one within that range. The amenities like the restaurant and club house are good for them to use. My main concern is the OC status not being available, which makes me a bit nervous. I hope they sort that out soon. Otherwise, the location is quite good for them.

It's a good area, and we got a decent size plot of 2047 Sq.ft for about 55 Lakh. Address Maker Life Spaces Pvt Ltd offered this project, and it’s ready to move since January 2021, which was a plus. The amenities like the swimming pool and school nearby are great for us. However, the pricing felt a little high compared to other options in similar developing areas. We spent a significant amount, 55 Lakh, and are hoping the property value increases over time. The construction quality of the surrounding infrastructure looks okay.

The price for this size was around 70 Lakh. I like that it’s a plot so I can customize my home. Address Maker Life Spaces Pvt Ltd seems to be developing the area well. The proximity to NH-7 (5 KM) is also beneficial for commuting. I visited the site and the landscaping looks promising. My only worry is the traffic congestion on the way to the hospital during peak hou, which can be quite bad. Otherwise, the project is well-located for my needs.
