The 2350 square feet built-up area for the 4.5 BHK villa is quite spacious for us and our future plans. It's located in Naroda, Dehgam, which is accessible via the Dehgam Highway. The price point around 54.05 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for a villa of this size. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the project, making it feel quite green. However, the traffic on the Dehgam Highway can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for our daily commute to the IT park. The cycling and jogging track is a nice addition for fitness.
