It's close to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway, making commutes easier. The price was within our budget, around 15.74 Lakhs. Adash Buildcon seems to have finished the project by June 2018 as per the details. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. It feels peaceful. Parking is available as closed or open, which is good. Overall, it met our basic requirements for a fit property.
