I finally bought my own place at Adah Rose. The location in Seshadripuram is really convenient, close to Sampige Road Metro Station which is nearby. This makes my commute so much easier. The 3 BHK flat is spacious, 2119 Sq.ft built up, which gives me plenty of room. I like that it's Vastu compliant. There is also power backup which is important for me since I work from home sometimes. The only small issue is that the parking can be a bit tricky during peak hou, but I manage. Overall, it feels like a good decision for my fit property investment in Bengaluru.
