My only concern is the connectivity to the main city areas, as the Rajpura Chungi location requires navigating some internal roads which can be congested. Adah Buildestate Limited is a known developer, so I am confident in their delivery.

  Relocating to Jammu for work at the Government Medical College and Hospital, which is close to Adah ABL Royal Palms in Rajpura Chungi. This proximity was a major factor in my decision. I opted for a 3 BHK flat, 1402 sq.ft, which is ready to move. The developer, Adah Buildestate Limited, has delivered a project that seems well-built. The accessibility to the hospital is excellent, and the nearby school is a bonus. My only minor issue is the approach road to the project; it could be better maintained and is a bit narrow, especially with traffic coming from Janipur Colony bus stop area.
