The project has medical facilities nearby and a school within nearby, which is great. I'm looking at a 2 BHK apartment, the carpet area is around 848 square feet. The price is a bit high, starting from 82.08 Lakhs, but the developer Adani Realty has a good reputation. They mentioned over 30,000 trees for the environment, which sounds nice. I'm also hoping the valet parking will be useful. The waiting lounge looks impressive in the brochure. It's still under construction, so I'm anticipating the completion.
