The proximity to Marengo Asia Hospitals, Gurugram, nearby, gives me peace of mind. While the project is ready to move, I'm in no hurry to build immediately. The developer, Adani Brahma Synergy Pvt Ltd, has delivered other projects, which gave me some confidence. The main drawback is the accessibility; you have to navigate through some internal roads to reach the main Golf Coue Extension Road, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes. The roads inside the project are still developing.
