The location in Haltu is decent, and it's very close to Narayana Hospital and Delhi Public School Ruby Park, which are important for them. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup was a priority, and this project offeboth. The 800 square feet built up area is enough for two people. Security is also good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only minor concern is that during monsoon, the roads near Haltu can get a bit waterlogged, which might be inconvenient for them sometimes. But otherwise, it's a solid choice.
