AD Rajawada seemed like a good option for our family. The kids are now attending a school not too far from here, which is great. We looked at the 2 BHK flat, it's a decent size at 1050 sq.ft. The Garia Station Road is nearby, so getting to the city for work is convenient enough. The biggest issue we've noticed is the traffic during peak hougetting onto the main roads, it can be quite frustrating. However, the overall amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good for keeping everyone occupied. The gated community feel is also reassuring with young children around. We are still settling in.
