Finally decided on ACS Bloom And Blossom for my fit flat purchase. The 1 BHK carpet area is around 650 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for a single peon. I liked that it's a ready to move property, so no waiting for construction. The price range starting from 32.44 Lakh seemed manageable with a home loan. The location in Anakaputhur is developing, and it's close to Peace On Green Earth Public School, which is a plus. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen I need to go towards the Chennai Bypass Road.
