After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own villa in Goa. We chose Acron Villa Violeta because it was ready to move and in a good location in Siolim. The built-up area of our 3 BHK villa is about 2250 square feet, giving us much more room than our previous rental. The Acron Group seems to have completed the project some time back, as it was completed in 2006. We appreciate the gymnasium for our fitness routine. The nearby school and hospital are very convenient, just a few minutes away. We are happy with the space and the amenities provided, it feels like a good upgrade for our family. The price was within our budget after some negotiation.

This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Acron Villa Violeta in Siolim, North Goa. I bought a 3 BHK villa which has a built-up area of 2050 square feet. The project is from Acron Group and it's ready to move in, which was important for me. I liked the overall design and the green spaces they have maintained. Location wise, it's close to Siolim, which is a good spot. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during certain times of the year, which is a minor inconvenience.
