Moving to Goa for work and wanted a place near my new hospital. Acron Candolim Parklands is conveniently located, only close to Bosio Hospital. I bought a 1 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 950 square feet. The price was around 1.32 Crore. It's ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The gymnasium and swimming pool are definitely a plus after a long day at the hospital. The construction was completed in 2014, so it's a fairly established property. The Concierge service is also a nice touch. The only minor issue is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit of a concern for future documentation, but the developer assured us it's being processed.
