We bought a 1100 Sq.ft 3 BHK independent floor in AchieveGardenia back in 2012. It's a ready to move project in Sector 49, Faridabad. The location is quite convenient, especially with DAV Public School and Fortis Escorts Hospital practically next door, which was a major factor for us. The independent floor concept gives a good sense of privacy. The price was around 66 Lakhs at that time, which felt reasonable for the space and location. The gated community aspect offesome peace of mind. While it's an older project, the construction has held up fairly well. We mostly use it on weekends, so noise isn't a big issue, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.

The independent floor setup is nice, feels more like a house. Amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good to have. It is a gated community which is important for security. My only slight concern is the Vastu compliance aspect; some people might find it particular. The developer, AchieveBuildePvt Ltd, seems to have a history of delivering projects, though getting an OC for this one wasn't immediately available. It’s a quiet locality overall.

I purchased a 3 BHK independent floor in AchieveGardenia, located in Nawada Village, Sector 49, Faridabad, for my parents who live there. I wanted something comfortable and convenient for them, and this seemed like a good option since it was ready to move. The super builtup area ranges from 1100 Sq.ft to 2000 Sq.ft, and I opted for a larger one around 2000 Sq.ft, which cost about 1.2 Crore. The proximity to DAV Public School and Fortis Escorts Hospital is a huge plus for their daily needs and emergencies. They appreciate the landscaped gardens and the children's play area, even though they don't use it themselves. The gated community provides them with a sense of security, and the lifts are useful. My father did mention the rainwater harvesting system is functioning well.

We got a 3 BHK independent floor with a super builtup area of 1100 Sq.ft. The price was 66 Lakhs. It's a ready to move project completed in 2012. The community has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The landscape garden is also quite nice for evening walks. However, the parking situation can be a bit challenging sometimes, especially when friends visit. The independent floor living is generally peaceful, but the road leading to the complex could be wider.

The project by AchieveBuildePvt Ltd offeamenities like a gymnasium and a badminton court, which are great for staying active. Being a gated community adds to the security. One minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction, but that's common in developing areas. The availability of valet parking is a nice touch, although I usually park myself. The overall feel of the independent floor is quite good.
