Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are responsible features. The proximity to major facilities like School of Scholaand Orange City Hospital, both around 1.7 kilometeaway, is very convenient for daily needs and emergencies. However, the noise from the nearby internal roads and the general activity can sometimes be a bit much, especially during the day. It's not completely serene, but acceptable.
