We were looking for a spacious home for our growing family and ACE Divino seemed like a good option. We booked a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1430 sq.ft. It feels quite roomy for the kids to play around. The location is decent, though getting to Delhi World Public School takes about 20 minutes with traffic. The project has a cricket pitch which my son loves, and the swimming pool is a big hit during weekends. The only thing is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction phases nearby. Overall, it's a good place for families, close to basic amenities.

I considered a 3 BHK apartment, with sizes available up to 2330 sq.ft. The location in Noida Extension, Sector 1, offegood connectivity via FNG Expressway and NH-24. The presence of a commercial complex within the project adds value for potential tenants. However, the pricing, starting from 1 Crore onwards, is at the higher end for this area, especially considering the OC is not yet available. The amenities like the amphitheater and swimming pool are attractive. I am waiting to see the rental yield before making a final investment decision.
