I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in ACE Atlantis, Manikonda. The built-up area is approximately 1400 sq.ft, and the price was 1.45 Crore. Being a gated community with a swimming pool and gymnasium was appealing. Ace Constructions completed this project in 2013. The Khajaguda bus stop is very close, which is convenient for daily commute. The proximity to Delhi Public School (1 km) also made it a good choice for families. I did find the car parking arrangement a bit cramped, especially during weekends when visitoarrive. Otherwise, the amenities provided are quite good.

We saw a few layouts and liked the cross-ventilation. The developer, Ace Constructions, has been around for a while. The proximity to Delhi Public School, which is nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. We’re also happy that the Khajaguda bus stop is close to the complex. The price for our 3 BHK was around 1.6 Crore, which was within our budget. It’s ready to move, which is perfect.

The price point of 1.4 Cr to 2.35 Cr seemed reasonable for the space offered in Hyderabad. Ace Constructions delivered this project back in 2013, so it's ready to move in. The Vastu compliant design was a plus for us. We were a bit concerned about the lack of OC received, but decided to proceed after seeing the overall construction quality. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. Overall, a solid property for the investment, though parking could be a bit tight.

I liked that it's a Vastu compliant property and has a jogging track which I plan to use. Ace Constructions delivered this project some yeaback, so it's ready to move in. The location is decent, with KIMS Hospitals nearby. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can sometimes be a bother. But overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
