The presence of a gymnasium and a swimming pool are great for unwinding after work. The Intercom facility adds to the security. The project was completed sometime back, around December 2013.

The 3 BHK configuration, particularly the 2017 Sq.ft size, offeplenty of space for them. My parents liked the Vastu compliant design. The developer Accurate & Associates has completed the project. The nearby Swami Hariharanand Public School and Abhilasha Eye Hospital being so close is a great advantage for their daily needs. The price is around 1 Crore.

Accurate & Associates developed this project. It's ready to move, which is convenient. The price is around 1 Crore. The Vastu compliant design was important to me. Having a gymnasium and a children's play area is nice, even though I don't have young kids. The location is peaceful, though access from the main road could be a bit better.

The project was completed in December 2013, so it's not brand new construction but seems well-maintained.
