The proximity to Marengo CIMS Hospital, literally nearby, provides great peace of mind. I also liked the idea of the Terrace Gazebo for outdoor relaxation, something to enjoy the evenings. The 3 BHK configuration is large, 2799 square feet built up, which is more than enough for occasional family visits. Construction quality looks solid. My main concern is the completion date of March 2025. I was hoping for something ready immediately, but it seems it's still under construction. However, the developer, Vraj Karan Real Estate DevelopePvt Ltd, has a decent reputation. The price point is also on the higher side, around 2.02 Crore onwards.
