It's ready to move, which meant no delays. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. I also use the gymnasium occasionally. The location near Thripunithura Road is accessible. One thing that bothered me initially was the noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak houHowever, with time, you tend to get used to it. The developer, AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd., completed this project some time ago, and it has held up reasonably well. The green spaces are well-maintained.

AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have focused on practical living. The only downside we've noticed is that during peak traffic times, getting onto the main roads like NH-47A can take a little longer than expected. But overall, the convenience for daily life and the kids' activities makes it a good choice for us.
