The price was around 98 Lakhs, which was a stretch but manageable. We liked the spaciousness compared to our rental. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for de-stressing after work. Sector 76, New Gurgaon is a good location with schools like Delhi Public School nearby. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a big relief. The only small concern is the traffic noise sometimes from the nearby expressway, but we are getting used to it.
