We are looking at Abode Plaza for our family. We need a 3 BHK, and the carpet areas range from 716 sq.ft up to 818 sq.ft, which is great. The biggest advantage for us is that Aditya Academy Secondary school is nearby, and Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals are also right there. The project is still under construction by Abode Residency, with completion set for June 2028. While the proximity to schools and hospitals is excellent, the traffic on Jessore Road (nearby away) can be quite heavy during peak houWe are hoping the developer considethis for access. Power backup is a must-have.
